十分钟快速读懂地源热泵地埋管施工全过程
地源热泵系统竖埋管的施工包括前期准备、工程钻孔、放管、灌浆、水平横管连接、试压、清洗等内容。具体施工工艺如下：
The construction of the vertical buried pipe in the ground source heat pump system includes preparation, drilling, pipe laying, grouting, horizontal pipe connection, pressure test, cleaning and so on. The concrete construction technology is as follows:
一、前期准备
First, preparatory preparation
1.了解并确定土壤地质条件，确认现场总包单位提供的水、电源等确切位置，便于钻井工作顺利进行。
1. understand and determine the soil geological conditions, confirm the exact location of the water and power supply provided by the field contractor, so that the drilling work will be carried out smoothly.
2.确定该施工区域地下综合管线分布及设置情况，与业主、监理等单位确认，并办好相关手续。

3.平整土地，根据地埋管施工图，用白灰标示具体钻孔位置、水平横沟走向、总管坑槽等位置，业主、监理确认后方可施工。

二、工程钻孔
Two. Engineering drilling
1.根据工程实际情况，随时填写记录表并及时分析土壤实际状况。

2.钻孔直径不小于150mm。

3.确保钻孔深度。钻孔深度以设计为准，并做好记录。

4.钻孔完毕后，应及时放管并灌浆。

三、地埋立管施工

1.管材采用HDPE高密度聚乙烯材料（SDR11），所有的聚乙烯管都要用专用的热熔设备进行热熔连接。必须根据生产厂家的说明进行施工。

2.在施工前应对PE管道（卷材）用自来水进行检漏，试压压力根据设计确定，确保所用管道及所熔U型弯完好无损。

6.管道检漏。把“U”形管底部浸入水中应无气泡冒出；或用肥皂水涂于连接处，仔细检查应无气泡。保压4小时，压力应无明显变化。
6. pipe leak detection. The bottom of the "U" tube should be immersed in the water without bubbles; or with soapy water on the connection, it should be examined carefully without bubbles. The pressure should be kept unchanged for 4 hours.
7.检漏完毕后，剪掉气头，放掉管内气体。注意：高压气体在管中保留的时间不宜过长。

8.管口做好临时封闭，且保护接口不受破坏。

9.填写试压验收记录。

10.把捡漏后的U型管子逐渐放入钻好的孔内，放入时，严禁突然放手，否则管子浮起后难以再放入。

11.放好埋管、灌浆前，应固定埋管，并在孔和管子之间的缝隙放入一些细黄沙并用石块等固定管口。

四、灌浆
Four. Grouting
1.钻孔结束，放好立埋管后，即开始灌浆。

五、地埋横管施工
Five. The construction of buried horizontal pipe
1.根据图纸及现场要求备料。管道连接同样需用原厂提供专用热熔器对管路进行熔接焊接。

2.立埋管施工完成后，根据设计开挖横埋管沟槽，深度大于1.5米（具体按设计要求）。沟槽与立管交叉处应特别注意立管保护不受破坏。管沟内填充至少200mm厚度的细黄沙，且确保周围200mm范围内无石头及金属硬物。
After the completion of the 2. erect pipe construction, the depth of the buried pipe groove is more than 1.5 meters in depth (according to the design requirements). At the intersection of the trench and the riser, special attention should be paid to the protection of the riser. The pipe is filled with at least 200mm thickness of fine yellow sand, and it ensures that there is no stone and metal hard in the surrounding 200mm.

4.待所有接口都熔接好后，整个地埋管系统要充氮气检漏，试验压力与立埋管实验压力一致。在接口处涂肥皂水，检查是否有气泡，保压4小时应无明显压力变化。

6.横埋管出土至进户之间的管道应保温，且做防水保护外壳。穿墙应按规范设置穿墙套管。

六、回填
Six. Backfill
1.系统试压合格，确认无漏后，才可以回填土壤。

2.回填土首层应为至少200mm厚度的细黄沙，且确保其中无石头及其它硬物200mm以外用一般土回填。

3.横埋管在地表下的深度至少为1.2米，回填后在相对标高-0.2米处设置对应的横管及立管标识。

七、系统清洗
Seven. System cleaning
系统清洗在水系统设备和管道全部连接完毕后进行。清洗步骤：
The system cleaning is carried out after all the connection of the water system equipment and the pipe is completed. Cleaning steps:
1.将回水集管上的检修口软管接到建筑物供水管上；
