本实用新型的全部系统采用液压传动,动力来源封闭式11kw电机带动液压泵,按性能分三个系统。
The whole system of the utility model adopts hydraulic transmission, and the closed 11 kw motor with power source drives the hydraulic pump, which is divided into three systems according to its performance.
1、液压系统:
1. Hydraulic system:
封闭式笼型三相异步电机,连续工作制、防≥1mm固体进入和防溅水电机,通过弹性联轴器与双联叶片泵连接,经过油路连接油箱、控制阀、减压阀和进出油滤油器各执行元件。液压泵输出两路,一路通过换向阀控制驱动液压马达搅拌,另一路通过流量调速阀32和液动换向阀30控制驱动泥浆泵打浆。
Closed cage three-phase asynchronous motor, continuous working system, solid entry and splash-proof motor (> 1mm), through elastic coupling and double vane pump connection, through the oil circuit to connect the tank, control valve, pressure relief valve and oil filter implementation components. Hydraulic pump output two routes, one through the reversing valve control drive hydraulic motor mixing, the other through the flow control valve 32 and hydraulic reversing valve 30 control drive mud pump beating.
2、打浆系统:
2. Beating system:
液压缸6采用液动控制自动换向阀实现换向,有液压缸杆带动泥浆泵活塞实现往复运动和开关单向阀完成一次吸、压打浆过程,泵是靠被送物料自身润滑。通过手动流量控制调速阀,实现液压缸和泥浆泵活塞由低压启动到最大设计速度的往复无级变速。
Hydraulic cylinder 6 adopts hydraulic control automatic reversing valve to realize reversal. Hydraulic cylinder rod drives the piston of mud pump to realize reciprocating motion and switching one-way valve completes the process of suction and pressure beating. The pump is lubricated by the material itself. The reciprocating stepless speed change of the piston of hydraulic cylinder and mud pump from low pressure to maximum design speed is realized by manual flow control speed regulating valve.
3、搅拌系统:
3. Mixing system:
手动控制换向阀,使两个液压马达14换向及停止搅拌,液压马达14可无级变速,两个立式搅拌器连续交替的向泥浆泵加料斗2内轮换装料和卸料,以保证泥浆泵的连续压浆。
Manual control of the reversing valve enables two hydraulic motors 14 to change direction and stop mixing. The hydraulic motor 14 can continuously change speed. Two vertical agitators continuously alternately add material to the slurry pump hopper 2 to rotate loading and unloading in order to ensure the continuous slurry pressure of the slurry pump.
