灌浆泵的泵头组成，最主要由泵头，球阀座，进道球阀罩，排道球阀罩，钢球等组成，而且为了下一次灌浆的顺利进行，请您在灌浆结束后务必将泵内及管道清洗干净。
The pump head of grouting pump is mainly composed of pump head, ball seat, inlet ball cover, volleyball ball cover, steel ball and so on. In order to make the next grouting go smoothly, you must clean the pump and pipeline after grouting.
灌浆泵泵头的上端，一端联接空气室,压力表，一端连接排浆管总成，将流体输送到工作地。排浆管配变丝接头是方便用户联接用的，联接尺寸为内丝螺管螺纹1 1/4”。(如果不用变丝接头，联接尺寸为外丝螺纹M39*×2。)
The upper end of the pump head of the grouting pump is connected with air chamber at one end, pressure gauge at the other end, and slurry discharge pipe assembly at the other end to convey the fluid to the working site. The screw-changing joint of slurry discharge pipe is convenient for users to connect, and the connecting dimension is 11/4 of the thread of inner screw pipe. (If no variable joint is used, the connection dimension is M39**2 of the external screw thread. )
泵的进道采用矿用快速接头，设置在泵头的下端。进水胶管总成一端同矿用快速接头相接，总成另一端与浆液搅拌机出口相联。我公司采用的进水胶管为2寸夹布胶管。为了顺利进浆，搅拌机出口应高于泵的进口高度为宜。
The inlet of the pump adopts a mine fast joint, which is set at the lower end of the pump head. One end of the intake hose assembly is connected with the mine fast joint, and the other end is connected with the outlet of the slurry mixer. The water intake hose used by our company is 2 inch cloth hose. In order to feed slurry smoothly, it is advisable that the outlet of the mixer should be higher than the inlet height of the pump.
