注浆泵各缸直立布置,受力条件好;气缸的往复运动采用先进的内置阀控制,双向驱动,安全可靠,容积效率大幅度提高,耗气量低,节能效果显著;各缸为单杆双作用缸,从而能够实现连续排浆,浆液混合均匀,注浆压力波动较小。
Each cylinder of the grouting pump is arranged vertically, with good stress conditions; the reciprocating motion of the cylinder is controlled by advanced built-in valve, driven in two directions, safe and reliable, the volume efficiency is greatly improved, the air consumption is low, and the energy-saving effect is significant; each cylinder is a single rod double acting cylinder, so that the continuous discharge of slurry can be realized, the slurry mixture is uniform, and the grouting pressure fluctuation is small.
