径向柱塞泵的工作原理
径向柱塞泵其工作原理是通过柱塞的径向位移改变柱寒封闭容腔的大小以进行吸油与排油从而将机械能转换成液乐能。考虑到径向柱塞泵的排量必须与液压千斤顶的缸体容积相适应,并且要和气动马达工作参数相配套,经过核算确定径向二三柱塞泵的技术参数选型。径向柱塞泵配油方式是三柱塞靠与偏心轮的相互啮合,改变塞体容积的大小,完成吸油和排油,实现阀式配流盘配流。
