注浆泵要求
就静压注浆而言,由于浆液对地层裂隙或孔隙的充塞作用,裂隙或孔隙将逐渐变小,吸浆量也逐渐变低,相应的注浆压力呈递增趋。尤其在不是的注浆深度、不同的岩层条件下,要求采用不同在注浆流量和压力。

在双液注浆施工中,为了能准确控制浆液的凝固时间,两液的吸浆量应满足一定的比例关系,要求注浆泵在注浆过程中,能随时调节流量、压力,而且供液要均匀稳定,以满足注浆工艺和保证注浆质量的要求。
