液压式注浆泵由电动机、齿轮油泵、溢流阀、液压换向阀块、油缸、工作缸、混合器以及油箱、散热器、油滤器、进排阀和电控箱等部件组成。液压式注浆泵由电动机直接驱动齿轮油泵,齿轮油泵输出的高压油液经溢流阀进入液压换向阀块,由液压换向阀块控制油缸做往复运动,由于油缸与工作缸是同步运动,又因工作缸的缸径行程都与油缸相同,所以工作缸的排量和压力基本与油缸相近,工作缸的两端各有一套吸浆阀和排浆阀,即可以吸排同一种浆液,也可以分别吸排两种不同的浆液。
