1. Full automatic operation

使用时只需设定粉料与水的单项重量，台车即可自动称量，控制上水的重量和搅拌时间。高速搅拌完成后打开出料阀，将水泥浆放入低速搅拌桶备用，然后关闭高速搅拌桶的出料阀，进行下一次的高速搅拌桶投料拌料。

When using only the single weight of the powder and water, the trolley can automatically weigh it, control the weight of the water and the stirring time. After the high-speed stirring is completed, the discharge valve is opened, and the cement slurry is placed in the low speed stirring barrel for backup. Then, the discharge valve of the high-speed mixing drum is closed, and the next high-speed stirring barrel is added to the mixing material.

本台车高速搅拌桶的额定转速为1000转/分钟，高速搅拌可使粉料与水得到充分亲和。其工作程序为：先自动上水，然后高速搅拌桶自动运行并依次添加压浆剂、水泥，继续搅拌3分钟后，即可排入带搅拌功能的储浆桶备用。

The rated speed of the high speed agitator is 1000 rpm, and the high speed stirring can make the powder fully compatible with the water. The working procedures are as follows: first, automatic water feeding, then the high-speed mixing barrel automatically operates, and then add the grouting agent and cement, and continue stirring for 3 minutes, then it can be discharged into the storage tank with agitating function.

3、 低速储料搅拌桶防沉淀设计

本台车设有大容量储料桶，可容纳高速搅拌桶已搅拌完成的浆料，满足大流量压浆设备的不间断供料。并具备低速搅拌功能，可有效防止灰浆的沉淀。

The car has a large capacity storage barrel, which can accommodate the slurry which has been stirred with high speed mixing bucket to meet the uninterrupted supply of large flow grouting equipment. It has the function of low speed agitation, which can effectively prevent the precipitation of the mortar.

4、 拖动车架系统

本台车装配于移动式车架上，可方便的使用其它机动车辆牵引移动。

The car is assembled on the mobile frame and can be easily traced and moved by other motor vehicles.

5、 可选连续式螺杆压浆系统统

用于铁路预应力是施工时，用户可另外选配连续式螺杆压浆设备，其基本参数如下：

For the construction of railway prestress, the user can choose a continuous screw pressing equipment. The basic parameters are as follows:

压浆机为连续式工作方式，压力无波动，泵送浆体无气泡，理论工作量4.5立方米/小时，并具备自动保压功能。压力表总量程为3Mpa，保证高压时压力表可靠工作。压浆时的实际压力一般控制在0.5Mpa～0.7Mpa之间。最小分度置为0.1Mpa，计量更为精确。

The pulping machine is a continuous working mode, the pressure is not fluctuant, the pump slurry has no bubble, the theoretical workload is 4.5 cubic meters per hour, and it has the automatic pressure protection function. The total range of pressure gauge is 3Mpa, which ensures the pressure gauge to work reliably when high pressure is guaranteed. The actual pressure in the grouting is generally controlled between 0.5Mpa and 0.7Mpa. The minimum score is 0.1Mpa, and the measurement is more accurate.
