注浆技术主要包括工艺、材料和装备3个方面:
Grouting technology mainly includes 3 aspects: process, material and equipment.
(1)注浆工艺包括选择注浆方案、确定注浆方式、确定注浆深度、钻孔布置、钻进方法、设备选型、注浆系统的布置、设计注浆参数、注浆施工质量控制及效果检查等内容。

(2)注浆材料是注入地层中能够在裂隙或孔隙中起堵水和加固作用的浆液或制作浆液的原材料,是堵水的和加固的关键。注浆技术能否达到质量要求,首先就是要选择适合受注地层的注浆材料。新型注浆材料的研发是拓展注浆技术应用范围的重要途径。

(3)注浆装备包括注浆泵、浆液搅拌与混合装备、止浆装置、管路、计量与监测仪表等,他们共同组成制备和输送浆液的系统,为浆液进入受注地层提供动力源和通道。在提高注浆设备对工艺、材料适用性的同时,机械化、自动化、信息化是注浆设备发展的一个方向。

那么也让我们了解什么叫矿井注浆堵水?那就是将水泥浆或化学浆通过管道压入井下岩层空隙、裂隙或巷道中,使其扩散、凝固和硬化,从而使岩层具有较高的强度、密实性和不透水性,达到封堵截断补给水源和加固地层的作用,是矿井防治水害的重要手段之一。目前注浆堵水已广泛用于矿井井筒注浆、封堵突水点、恢复被淹矿井、井巷堵水过含水层或导水断层、帷幕注浆堵水截流、减少矿井涌水量、底板注浆加固防止突水等方面,并取得了良好的效果。
