1、使用水泥注浆泵之前，做到用电安全，检查线路有无破损，漏电。

2、注意给注浆泵油箱加油，加油至油窗观察位置即可。夏季加68# ，冬季加46#液压油。

3、连接水泥注浆泵吸浆口，出浆口，U卡连接。在料缸加油孔内注入润滑油，确保料缸内活塞等易损件润滑。

6、清除注浆泵表面泥浆，杂物，确保注浆泵整洁。在料缸加油孔加润滑油，做好水泥注浆泵维护保养。
