1．检查机台布置，钻架及机械安装是否稳固，运轴的方向、角度是否正确。

2．钻机和高压注浆泵各传动部分的保护装置是否装好。

3．水泵抽水与排水、排污，是否已妥善解决。

4．检查钻机和高压泵柴油机的机油尺标，油箱应加满油，水箱应加满水；冬季施工气温很低时下班后，应放掉水箱中的存水，以防水箱结冰，造成水箱开裂。

4. to check the oil scale of the rig and the high pressure pump diesel engine, the tank should fill with oil and the water tank should be filled with water. When the temperature is very low in winter, the storage water in the water tank should be released in order to prevent the ice from the water tank and cause the cracking of the water tank.

5．钻机合箱螺丝要上紧，运转时不能晃动。

6．钻机旋喷龙头的丝扣要上牢，严防掉下伤人。

7．高压泵头连接处软管的防滑链要挂牢靠，以防接头滑丝伤人。

8．运转的机器上，不得放置工具等物。

9．在试运转正常后，确认机器运转时，各部位碰不到人和其他物件后，才能启动机器开钻或注浆。

10．工作时必须穿好工作服并扣好衣扣，不能敞胸露怀。
