目前,在地铁、隧道、水利等注浆工程中广泛使用的是电动往复式变量注浆泵,该电动泵为曲轴往复式活塞(柱塞)泵,使用机械变档,输出端装有卸压安全阀。其特点:可以通过改变档位变量输出浆液,机手可根据注浆工艺要求选择不同的流量与压力。其缺点是:注浆时,当大流量档位注浆出现压力升高时,因不能及时停机换挡造成电动机超负载工作、机械零部件易损等故障。

其它部分则保留了传统液压泵的长处,如:液压溢流阀卸压,能准确设定压力参数卸压,不受外部环境影响,安全可靠。液压系统中的蓄能器能有效吸收换向阀换向产生强脉冲,缓解因脉冲对液压系统产生的不利影响,特别是对压力表的影响,有效地保护了压力表。
